Public Ways Operator I

One full-time position is available in the Public Ways Department for an Operator I, Grade 7. Salary ranges from $2,555.00 to $3,571.00 per month depending on experience. Applicant will need to obtain a CDL driver's license with air brake endorsement. Benefits include vacation and sick leave, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota health insurance (includes vision and dental), and a retirement plan. Public Ways Operator I Job Description

Police Officer

One full-time position is available in the Devils Lake Police Department for a Police Officer, Grade 9. Salary ranges from $2,870.00 to $2,985.00 per month depending on experience. Uniforms and weapons are provided. Benefits include vacation and sick leave, NDPERS retirement plan, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance (includes vision and dental). Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clear criminal history. ND POST licensed preferred.  Must meet minimum POST Board, CJIS access, and NCIC access requirements for peace officer licensing. Applications must be received or postmarked prior to 5:00 p.m., Monday, November 24, 2014.
