Part-time Sanitation Employee
The Sanitation Department is seeking a part-time Sanitation employee. Position is 30 hours per week, 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wage per hour is from $9.00 - $10.00 depending upon experience/license. Job applications can be submitted at City Office located at 423 6th Street NE.
Summer Employment
Multiple departments within the City are taking applications for part-time Summer Employment. Applicants may apply for positions in the Public Ways Department which includes Street, Cemetery, and Weed Control. Applications in the Public Utilities Department include the Water, Sewer, and Lemna. Applications will also be accepted for the Shade Tree Department. Positions start at $9.00 per hour or more depending on experience and/or CDL license. Applications can be printed online or may be picked up at City Offices located at 423 6th Street NE and should be turned back into City Office as soon as possible. Full-time Public Ways Operator I
One full-time position is available in the Public Ways Department for an Operator I, Grade 7. Salary ranges from $2,504.00 to $3,500.00 per month depending on experience. Applicant will need to obtain a CDL driver's license with air brake endorsement. Benefits include vacation and sick leave, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota health insurance (includes vision and dental), and a 457 retirement plan in which the City contributes 8%. The City pays 100% of the premium for a single or single with dependent health insurance plan and 80% for a family plan.
